SuperFit training programs are designed based on the individual's current fitness level and progress towards conituous improvement.

Parkour Training Elements

Parkour is the physical discipline of training to overcome any obstacle within one's path by adapting one's movements to the environment. Parkour requires consistent, disciplined training with an emphasis on functional strength, physical conditioning, balance, creativity, fluidity, control, precision, spatial awareness, and looking beyond the traditional use of objects. Parkour movements typically include running, jumping, vaulting, climbing, balancing, and quadrupedal movements.

Circuit Training & Partner Drills

Members can work independently through various cardio and strength circuits set up on a daily basis. They can also join small group classes designed to push you through more intense training session. These sessions include elements from numerous fitness disciplines such as military boot camp, cardio kick boxing, kettlebell training, MMA drills and sparring, Parkour, and yoga.
